ABOUT ME
When it comes to creating a truly happy and fulfilled life, I firmly believe that the answer lies within us all.
I was nominated as the UK Business Hero by the British Chamber of Commerce in 2020 and have been featured in The Sunday Telegraph and The Times but what really drives me is enabling people and organisations reach their potential.
As a coach, my focus is on innovation and leadership development. I’m passionate about aligning personal values with professional goals and supporting women’s advancement in the workplace. My work takes me across the UK and Europe and I particularly thrive in challenging environments.

• Designing a “Leadership Development” workshop for the EFPIA’s Director General and Senior Team in Brussels, representing the biopharmaceutical industry

With over a decade of experience in the corporate energy sector and another 20 years in coaching, I’ve developed effective change management and performance strategies that help organisations improve efficiency and tackle challenges. I work with a wide range of clients and take pride in my ability to drive transformative leadership.
