When it comes to creating a truly happy and fulfilled life, I firmly believe that the answer lies within us all.
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as ‘partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” My coaching mantra holds that message at its core, I believe people are “naturally creative, resourceful and whole” and that the individual holds the anwers with them.
As a coach, it is my job to enable you to find this for yourself.

With over 12 years experience in developing and implementing highly successful change management and performance management strategies in the European energy sector with a further 15 years experience as a coach.

My experience is global and geographically diverse, I enjoy the challenge of working with different cultures, countries and organisations. I work with large global companies as well as Business Owners.
Both my business and individual coaching clients are spread nationally and globally.
I also value the opportunity to bring a service to my own local community in and around my home region of
East Anglia in the UK.
I am passionate about developing full potential and achieving increased results and consider myself to be strongly committed to moving clients forward to exceed their desired goals and aspirations.
My key strengths are a positive attitude with an enthusiastic drive to deliver in a demanding environment,
together with my expertise of aligning company brands to the values and principles of an organisation and its people.
Personal Life
Coming from an Italian family and speaking the language fluently I treasure the Italian culture and values I've grown up with.
I enjoy life in Cornwall with my husband Andrew and Italian rescue dog Missy, my adult sons (Pietro and Nic) have now flown the nest and live in Melbourne and London respectively.
